DNB fanzone is an extensive facebook app revolving all around basketball.

The challenge was to invent a graphical style that was closely connected to the solemn brandbook of DNB bank and at the same time fun, easy going and appealing to the fans.

I used the metaphor of coach's drawing board, so this blackboard texture and charcoal lines go throughout various app activities - quizzes, best fan or best player awards, or setting up your own starting five to compare it to the actual coach's choice.

The app was a success in terms of user involment, as it was released during European Basketball championship and offered a whole variety of activities - choosing your own starting five and comparing it against coache’s choices,  basketball quiz with over 150 questions, voting for the best player and the craziest fan after every match.

The app won the first prize in Baltic PR awards 2013
